Video not showing

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: I added embed media field to the following page and added this link - hidden link - to it and nothing showed up on the page.

I expected to see: The video

Instead, I got: nothing

Hi Dan,

This is odd because i'm assuming your other sermons show up correct right ?

If you add a different sermon in its place does this work ?

Sermons show up if the audio field is used but don't when the video field used.

I believe it could just be the video itself, Have you tried adding another video to the fields and is the results the same ?

Hi Dan,

Thank you for the credentials.

The problem was that the video wasn't added to the template that was being used to display your sermon.

I've edited the template and the video should now be showing
