Hello everyone,

I might be looking for the impossible because I can't find any plugins to help me do what I want. Maybe it is possible with Toolset, hence this last bottle in the sea.

I want to create a video appointment booking system. Let me explain :
- I have 60 authors on my blog
- I would like each author to be able to manage his availability (dates and time slot in frontend)
- I would like that on the profile page of my authors there is an appointment form that displays only the available slots of the author
- Once the form is validated, the author receives the request (always frontend) and has two choices:
Accept = This generates an automatic google hangout or zoom video call link and makes the author's meeting slot unavailable
Decline = This sends an email to the visitor

Can someone advise or guide me?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately Toolset wouldn't be the best tool to work with for your booking system.

I would highly recommend that you get a plugin that is dedicated to managing bookings. Some of the popular choices can be seen below.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,

Hi Shane

Thanks for your return! I will continue my research in this case, not easy to find a plugin that allows you to manage everything in front-end.

Have a good day
