Hello,

Still having a problem with this query - very, very slow.
Can you check please?
hidden link

Here's what I wrote previously:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/very-slow-queries/

using most recent ver.

My set-up....
Works-Tracks (one2many)
Tracks-Clients (many2many) with intermediary
works-publishers (many2many) with intermediary

I have a view to display all results, the Content Selection is from the Tracks-Clients intermediary CPT.
It queries, as a table:
Track Title, Client Title, Tracks-Clients intermediary field, Publisher Title, works-publishers intermediary field, Work taxonomy term, and a Work field.

I need to add more fields and terms to this view
BUT -
It's extremely slow!
120 rows of the table takes 20 seconds to load!
(now 173 rows takes 35 sec. to load)

Thank you,
Scott.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I see some difference in layout etc..etc.. compare to previous ticket.

However - could you please share latest duplicator package so I can now install this on my localhost and check whats going on there.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh,

NO - the layout did not change. The only thing that changed is I added a few more fields to the table just recently.
Even before I added these fields to the table the query continued to be painfully slow.
WP Engine does not allow the Duplicator plugin.
So how shall we proceed?

Thank you,
Scott.

Well - I need latest copy of your site and I will try to check on my local test install to check if I see same problem with my localhost.

Additionally - what if you try to check with same copy of site with another server or your localhost - do you see same loading time?

What if you try to use plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh,

My site is a multi-site. The All-in-One WP Migration multi-site extension is $199....which I'm not going to buy for this.
Now what?

Thanks,
Scott.

Well - I've pro version of duplicator that can copy the multisite but pity thing is that duplicator is not allowed on your host.

I need a copy of your site - what do you think the best way you can provide me - maybe better ask wpengine guys as I need your single site copy where you want me to check the load time.

How did you shared site copy in previous ticket?

#957382

Hi Minesh,

Yeah WP Engine is very strict. They must see some security flaws in the plugin despite it's popularity.
I think what I'll do is migrate the site to my bluehost account and go from there.
Will let you know when I've done so.

Thanks!
