Referring to ticket https://toolset.com/forums/topic/display-the-caption-or-file-name-of-uploaded-attachment-files/

Tried to optimise the display of attachments by using the Shortcodes script in the ticket above but I am obviously doing something wrong implementing it. This is what I have done so far.
- Created a Custom Code item in settings, tested the code and activated it.
- Registered the new Shortcode as a Third-party shortcode argument
- Created a shortcode block in the template and inserted [tssupp_repeating_file_names types_field=“elterntermin-anhang"]

Won't display. What am I missing?

Hi Jannis,

Thank you for getting in touch.

The shortcode should work fine. Can you try putting the shortcode in a WYSIWYG block and let me know if the shortcode renders and works then ?

If not then you can provide me with admin access to the site as well as a link to the page where you are experiencing the issue so that I can have a look.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response should the credentials are required.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Jannis,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I tried having a look at this for you but it seems that the credentials that you've sent don't seem to work.

Can you check on them and let me know if they work for you.

Thanks,
Shane

Try this password: ic0Nj)wZ%(K#l$s^bR4tP(xI

Just checked it, it works. Thank you!

Hi Jannis,

The shortcode is working fine, I ran some tests and it seems to be working.

The problem is that the shortcode's output is empty.

Unfortunately given that this is custom code then I can't provide much assistance on this one even if it was some code that was provided by our supporters.

Thanks,
Shane

You still solved my problem because of this hint: "The problem is that the shortcode's output is empty." That was the problem.

Thanks, Shane!

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
