Hi

I am using checkboxes on a custom field but I am unsure how to filter down by if one of these options is selected as the way I thought it would work - doesn't seem to be.

I have attached a screenshot of the filter options setup on the view. It is specifically the "location" filter I am having issues with, I want this to display results if the posts have "content" selected with checkboxes for location.

I have attached a screenshot of how the custom field is setup as well.

Is there something I am missing?

Cheers! 🙂

Hi Matt

From your screenshots your checkboxes field is saving "Content" when "In Content" is selected, but you Query Filter is looking for values of "content", i.e. without the capital-C, and "Content" does not equal "content".

You should change one or the other so that the match.

That looks like the problem, but if not let me know and I'll investigate.
