Hi Felipe,

The only thing I will be doing is to enable the Wordfence plugin and then check on the settings.

Hi Felipe,

So this one we cannot resolve.

I was under the impression that the login page was built using Toolset but you are using the Login Customizer plugin to create the login page.

I'm not sure how we will be able to resolve this one but the issue is definitely interfering with the login customizer plugin's ability to log in non-admins.

Could you contact their support team to see if they are able to resolve this one for you. I'm not seeing how wordfence conflicts with toolset.

Thanks,
Shane

Shane, if there is a tutorial on how to customize the wordpress login page using Toolset, I'm all ears.

I thought Customizer plugin would just do that, customize the login, not interfere with the login. And every time I turn off Wordfence, I'm able to login just fine. I might have to contact Wordfence instead.

Hi Felipe,

We actually do have a tutorial on how to do this.

Have a look at the link below.
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/building-the-my-account-page/#displaying-a-login-form-to-visitors

Also I would recommend contacting the Wordfence team as well as they may need to fix this because it has the potential to affect any frontend form.

Thanks,
Shane

I'm checking Wordfence's forum since I have the free version. I was going to upgrade but with this issue, I can't at the moment.

Also I have seen that tutorial and it does not work for me. I'm not using layouts, I'm using Elementor Pro.

Shane,

I believe there was a plugin conflict. I deactivated Limit Login Attempts Reloaded plugin and Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft plugin and reactivated Wordfence.

It seems now that Users can login. At least the ones I tried. Could you try to login in your end since it has a different IP and see if it works?

Thank you

Hi Felipe,

The principle applies the same.

You can still design the page in which page builder you use and just add the following to it.
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/views-shortcodes/#wpv-login-form

The shortcode will generate the login form.

Thanks,
Shane
