User Registration Form only shows when I'm logged in

This support ticket is created 5 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I'm using DIVI.....
When I create a New Staff member registration form, it only shows up when I'm logged in. I even tried importing one that works on another site and the same problem.
I tried this with DIVI 3.x.x and 4.x.x with the same issue.
I tried disabling the 'Latest Divi Experience' builder and also using the Classic builder but still the problem exists.
