I create a user registration form(pic 3), under password there are two textboxes. Is this an expected result or something wrong, I guess the underneath textbox should have a "confirm password" label but is hidden. This is what I set up in user form(pic 4)

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

It is expected to have two password fields, the second is for confirming the password. Actually, that field does not contain a label by default. If you would like to add a label to it, you will need to switch to "Expert mode" and add the label that you would like. Check this screenshot that highlights the confirm button shortcode hidden link

Check this article for all the available shortcodes in Toolset Forms. https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/front-end-forms/cred-shortcodes/

Great, I have followed the pattern and make a label. Another question, can I hide "nickname" on the front end, but when user enter "username" it automatically copies "username" into "nickname". How do I make this approach?
