User notification does not get sent

This support ticket is created 6 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: prepare users form to get login for customers via e-mail

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:www.ictportal/registrace

I expected to see: receive e-mail with details of registration form, which i created in toolset users form.

Instead, I got: I can receive test e-mail in notification, but when i test it on live website im not able to receive e-mail with details as i setup in wizard of users form. In WP Mail log is everything ok (receiver is correct e-mail adress from correct e-mail field from form).

Is there problem, because i use Elementor? Or i have to setup smtp somehow?

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

I have to change from PHP sending e-mail settings to SMTP server via plugin. Now its ok!
