[Resolved] user nicknames not loading in select field

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The user was using custom code to display users in a dropdown inside a Toolset Form.

Solution:
It turns out that the code was added to the child theme functions.php file. The child theme was not active.

I followed https://toolset.com/forums/topic/dropdown-that-shows-all-users/#post-590063 and it was working. Now none of the users are loading in my cred forms and existing posts data is missing that had a user selected. Please help.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

To better assist you with this issue, I'll need to take a closer look at your form. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Please provide as many details as possible:
- What form?
- Where is the form displayed/used?
- Where did you add the custom code to pull the users into the form field?

Best regards,
Jamal

Thank you for the credentials, I was able to log in, but I am not sure where the users select should appear on the form that I have checked "absence-review-form".

I searched for the custom code and I find it on the "functions.php" file of the child theme, check this screenshot hidden link
But, you are, currently, using the parent theme. Check this screenshot hidden link

Because the parent theme(Divi) is active, the custom code on the child theme is never executed, so the users select will never be constructed for the forms that are using it.
Please check, if activating the child theme will correct this?
If it does not, please confirm where the users select should appear on the said form. Check this screenshot hidden link

If you need to keep the parent theme, copy the custom code into a new entry in Toolset->Settings->Custom Code, and activate it for the frontend calls.
