How to check if user is logged in for first time or not?

I want to check If the user logs in for the first time, he gets prompted with a modal to change the
password (two anonymized pw fields one submit button, one ‘next time’ link)

If the user logs in they should be logged in any time they visit the website on a later
moment (on the same machine).

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - there is no such native feature available with Toolset to track first-time user login. This will require custom programming and eventually that is beyond the scope of our support policy.

However, I found the interesting article which might help you to implement such requirement using custom programming.
