User Forms Won't Add a New User

This support ticket is created 5 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Allow guests to purchase membership, thus adding them to the site users and allowing them access to restricted areas of the site. The forms I created don't add any users to the WP User Area in the WP Dashboard.

I expected to see: An added user in the WP User Area.

Instead, I got: No added user in the WP User Area.

Thank you for getting in touch.

Is your account purchase in sandbox mode? Meaning are your woocommerce purchases in sandbox mode? Because the user accounts won't be created unless the payment has been processed and completed.
