User form is not showing. I see only shortcodes on frontend

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Thank you for getting in touch.

It seems your form doesn't allow guest access however could you send me a screenshot of the form edit page on the backend so that I can check to see if everything is setup correctly?
