I am trying to:
Upload media to a custom WYSIWYG user field.

I expected to see:
The uploaded media

Instead, I got:
Error message: Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post.

We have a multi site installation.
In one of the sites in the network we have a user-form containing a custom WYSIWYG-field called wpcf-about-me.
When a user tries to upload media via the "upload media" button they get the error message: Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post.

The user has the upload_files capability in the site.

We also have a custom image-field wpcf-avatar in the same user-form. When we upload media via this field there is no problem.

Would anybody know a solution to this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

Tako

Hi, can you use Access to give this User role permission to publish and edit the post type of this Form, as well as permission to publish and edit Pages? Then let me know if they are still unable to upload media.
