user fields - Size image dont work with S3

This support ticket is created 6 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hello I have a problem with AWS S3 and the user fields of type Image. The size is ignored by me. It works only without S3. It also works on WordPress on "normal" article pictures, but not on user fields "image".

For user fields of type image, only the original size is displayed and the size setting is ignored.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Could you please send me screenshot of the page:
=> Toolset => Settings => Custom Content Tab

Where under section "Images":
- you can find checkbox "Allow resizing of remote images". Could you please activate that check box and save your settings and try to resolve your issue.

Sorry, I had forgotten to say. I also tested it with the settings. I had tested all other possible combinations. Have cache emptied, pictures again resized, etc. Unfortunately, all without success.

Images are only displayed in their original size. In the preview in the backend, too. :o( The "size attribute" works in combination S3 & Toolset with "normal" article image very fine!

This affects is only with image "user fields".

Could you please share shortcode you used to display the user image. Where you are displaying user image - on user profile?

I would like to check once how you are displaying your user image and then I will try to replicate the issue on my local test install OR better you should provide duplicator package.
