I am syncing users for a company directory from Google Workspace.

Users have Job Title, and Location as text fields.

I would like to use toolset to create an internal directory to filter by Job Title and Location as dropdowns. The tool would need to iterate through all available locations and job titles to render a dropdown select filter.

How can I do this?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I would like to have bit more information about your structure setup here.

When you say: Users have Job Title, and Location as text fields.
==>
How you setup users, it it as custom post type or you added Job Title and Location field as user custom fields?

As user custom fields, not a separate post type.

The thing is that you can create the custom search view using frontend filters like ( filter by Job Title and Location as dropdowns) for only post type view. You can not create custom search view for users or taxonomy.
