User Date filter search between dates

If we have a list of visitors with arrival and departure dates, how do we add a filter for users to search a specific date?

For example:
Visitor 1 - Arrival date 26/07/2019 Departure date 27/07/2019
Visitor 2 - Arrival date 27/07/2019 Departure date 27/07/2019
Visitor 3 - Arrival date 24/07/2019 Departure date 29/07/2019

How do add a date filter for the user to select/view all visitors that will be visiting on the 27/07/2019 (Including visitors that have the departure date 27/07/2019 as they will still be present on their departure date)
