Tell us what you are trying to do?

I will have mainly 2 types of users on my website, advertisers and customers, each type of users will have their respective profile, so my question is, should I create a specific user custom field group for each type of user?

One user (customer) can sign up for free to the website and the second user type (advertiser) will be paid user (monthly subscriptions through WooCommerce integration). Both user types will have their respective profiles etc.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

I couldn't find any documentation based on this specific structure, any help finding the right documentation (if any) and any suggestion to have a good structure for this as well?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Only on my website so far but as you may see I am still trying to find the right solution to implement it.

What is the link to your site?

Hi Jean,

Thank you for getting in touch.
I will have mainly 2 types of users on my website, advertisers and customers, each type of users will have their respective profile, so my question is, should I create a specific user custom field group for each type of user?

Will each user type have any fields specific to them ? If so then it would be best to create a different user group for that second user type.

If the users will share the same custom fields then there will be no need for you to create 2 different field groups for the users.

Thanks,
Shane
