I have read https://toolset.com/forums/topic/how-to-use-custom-fields-created-with-toolset-as-snippet-variables-in-yoast/
but it does not seem to work (for RankMath).

I have tried both %%cf_wpcf-bereidingswijze%% and %%wpcf-bereidingswijze%%
But as this is a WYSIWYG field, I also tried with %%cf_wpcf-aantal-personen%% which is a single line field.

I have created a CPT for recipes and instead of pasting all the content in the appropriate schema fields, it would be awesome if I could use placeholders for ingredients and instructions so they are pulled from my custom post type fields.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

We do not have any official integration with RankMath SEO and they require some extensive custom Javascript code to integrate the third party plugin field like Toolset.

If you search our forum you will find number of related tickets:
- https://toolset.com/forums/topic/toolset-rankmath-seo-integration/

I suggest you can switch to Yoast SEO if possible that works with Toolset otherwise you will have to check with RankMath SEO expert about how you can integrate the Toolset custom field.

I can't seem to find the Recipe schema in the free Yoast plugin, maybe it is limited to the paid version?
Is there a way I could use the Elementor HTML widget and insert the Recipe schema in plain html and complete the info with Toolset fields via shortcode? I know I can select Toolset Custom Fields as dynamic data in various Elementor widgets.

{"@context":"hidden link","@graph":......,"description":%%wpcf-bereidingswijze%%

Yoast SEO schema settings I can see at:
- Yoast SEO - Settings - Custom Types section on left bar -> select your post type -> Schema section on right side

However - I do not have such experience with Elementor, you may try to use that and it it works you may share your feedback and share the solution here so it may help other users in future.
