I need to create a view to display the categories (taxonomy) of a custom post type
I understand this cannot be done in blocks, so created view the old way!
Created a page to display the view
Added a View block
Drop down for choosing an existing view does not show the taxonomy view. Instead there is just a blue background and no listings under Taxonomy

Hi Jill,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately you are not able to use the View block to display your taxonomy views. In order to display them you will need to use the Fields and Text and insert your taxonomy view using this block.

Thanks,
Shane
