Is there a way I can use Bootstrap spinners within Views? So I can use them as a spinner graphic for pagination etc.

Unfortunately not yet, since spinners are new in Bootstrap 4. Toolset includes Bootstrap 3, and we are working towards implementing v4 and compliance with the latest Bootstrap features.

Thanks for your reply Christian!

Do you anticipate, or can you confirm, that this will be an option when Bootstrap 4 is implemented?

As a loading graphic option in the Views GUI, you mean? I'm not sure, so I suggest submitting a Feature Request to specify this as one of the features you would like to see implemented along with the BS4 migration. The wpv-filter-spinner shortcode would have to be modified to work with either the BS system or a custom spinner graphic.
