I am unable to use my website because of an error from Toolset.
This is urgent, there is a promotion for this website today.
The error message about Toolset being received is the one below. This occurs when we try to create a new post of any post type.

Current plugin: Toolset Types (version 3.5.2)
PHP version 7.4.33
The site is writing.ie. It is live on the web on the front end, but we cannot add any new content because of this error
As your site is live it's not really possible to debug directly.
Do you have a staging server, or can you create a copy of the site on a dev server for testing?
If I can get access to that I will look into what the possible cause might be.
Let me mark your next reply as private so that I can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.
