I have just updated the Toolset plugins
I have lost of my pages with the different shops & brokers

I cannot even see the different post types on my dashboard "agences" and "courtiers"
Everything has vanished.

Please try this
- Remove all Toolset Plugins from the wp-content/plugins folder (make a backup first)
- Download new copies from https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Upload those to the WP admin > plugins and let me know if the issue comes back

Do you mean suppress all toolsets plugin from the WP dashboard ?

I am not sure what you mean by suppressing plugins from the dashboard, what I mean is to delete Toolset Plugins - either in the FTP if you cannot access the WP Admin, or in WP-Admin > Plugins.
No data is lost, as everything is stored in the database, nonetheless make a backup before that.
Then, re-install Toolset with fresh copies like above instructed.

OK, I have uninstalled the 4 Toolset plugins I had.
Maybe a bit too quickly as in my notes, I should have 5 :
Forms / Layout / Maps / Views and Types
Anyway, I downloaded those 5 and install them again in that order but I could not manage to install Types.
I activated 4 of them and this is still not working.
With UpdraftPlus, I restored the whole extension folder from yesterday before the updates.
I can see now the different post types I have created.
Also menu and search functions have reappeared on the website
BUT the pages with the content are still not available.
I have now restored the whole site before the updates and the site is ok.
When can I update the plugins without crashing the site ?

We have a fatal error when you activate Toolset Views after Toolset Forms, but it is not the precise same as you mention:

It could, however, be related, in that case, activating (or/and updating) Toolset Views BEFORE Toolset Forms would solve the issue.
Also, there is an issue when you enable Toolset WooCommerce Views having Toolset Access and Toolset Forms Commerce active but no other plugin, or try to disable that plugin after the first error I mentioned.
All the errors are related to the same REST API and hence I suspect the problem you report here is due to the same underlying core cause.
Can you tell me precisely the steps you take to install Toolset fresh as recommended?
Did you activate all plugins at once or one by one?
This could help me to replicate the issue you mention or if you could send me a copy of that site, and instruct me what to do in order to see the issue, I can ensure it is the same problem and then share a solution once I have something fitting your case.
