URGENT FATAL ERROR: Toolset Views new version (3.0) has broken site

I installed Toolset Views 3.0 and it has completely broken my site. I and the site host have tested everything and the issue is definitely caused by Views.

We get the following error across the entire site when it is activated:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function OTGS\Toolset\Views\Services\register_block_type() in /flywheel/base/mounts/16756_production/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-views/backend/Services/Bootstrap.php:44

Please reply with urgency, as we have to disable the plugin to make the site work, but the site does not work correctly with it disabled.
