Hello Toolset Support,

I am experiencing a bug where the WooCommerce checkout page is no longer displaying correctly.

I have already performed troubleshooting, including rolling back the WordPress version, and I was able to confirm that the issue is caused by the Toolset plugins. When Toolset is deactivated, the checkout works fine, but when it is active, the page breaks.

Could you please assist me with this issue as soon as possible? The checkout is a critical part of the website and needs to function properly.

Thank you very much in advance for your quick support.

Best regards, Henrike

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. Would you please check and see if you used any sort of views or Toolset content on the checkout page?

If not, we will need to have a copied/staging version of the website so we can test without the fear of breaking a live website.

Also, I wonder if you pinpointed which Toolset plugin has that effect?

To provide the copied/staging version of the website, please set the next immediate reply as private.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for the login information. Toolset loads the Boostrap CSS library by default and it seems your current Theme code interferes with that.

I went to Toolset > Settings and under the Bootstrap loading section I selected "This site is not using Bootstrap CSS" and that fixed the issue.

Thanks.
