I'm testing my system and noticed that when trying to upload an image via my mobile (samsung s8) it asks me for permission to record audio?
The browser I used on my phone is Chrome.
Since I only try to upload an image not any other file format it's odd it asks me for recording audio permission.
Also after dismissing the notice or accepting it, it shows me ''actions'' but I can't select my gallery for uploading an image.
See the attached image for the options when trying to upload an image.
Sure, you can go to this link to create an account: hidden link
Please scroll down a bit for the register form.
After you sign up, it redirects to the login page. Please login on this, after that you can scroll down a bit to use the upload tool.
I just tried this on the samsung internet browser, over there I'm getting 2 notices:
1 for permission to make pictures and use the video recorder and the other for permission to record audio.
I made a short recording on my mobile: hidden link
Here you see there is no option ''gallery'' available when you try to upload an image.
You could use the option ''documents'' to find an image on your phone, but this issn't really suitable for people that are not doing this very often. Since most apps or websites show a direct link to the gallery of your phone.
However i'm not able to replicate this issue on a fresh install and it just asks me for the gallery. I suspect that some 3rd party plugin might be interfering and I would suggest that you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.
Thanks for testing, I will do this within a few days and report back to you.
Maybe you could answer another question for me: my theme is using a ''custom meta box'' on pages/posts.
Within this box I can set some details like hide title, or select a sidebar.
Is it possible to integrate this custom meta box for my custom posts? The theme I use (woodmart) has a new feature to create multiple headers, with this metabox you can select an specific header for a specific page. I want to create a special header for my custom posts and only display it on those pages.
Unfortunately no that's not something that can be done from our side. Your theme will need to allow this setting to be displayed for custom post types.
