Tell us what you are trying to do?
I need to upgrade the plugins for movemag.org, so I am testing the theory on testingsite.cloudaccess.host.

My key is d7qBTBMWaU

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No, it should be intuitive.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? testingsite.cloudaccess.host

Hi Jason,

Thank you for getting in touch.

If you're using an older version of our Types plugin such as version 2 then you will need to perform a manual update of the plugins by downloading the latest version of Types from the link below and then uploading it to your site.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Please let me know which version of Types you're currently running.

Thanks,
Shane
