[Resolved] Upgrading toolset from 2.2.23 to 3.4.9 generated an error

This support ticket is created 4 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I tried upgrading to the newest version and got the attached error message.

Please advise.
Our wordpress version is 5.7.1
PHP Version: 5.6.40

I do not see any error you shared or what error you are talking about.

Here you can find the Toolset Requirement:

Toolset Types version 2.2.23 is really outdated one so I suggest you to manually update the Toolset Types plugin first.

With the following Doc, you should follow to steps to install the Types plugin:

Once you install the Types plugin, please try to follow the steps given with the following link:
