upgrading toolset

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

If you are updating from a old version of Types then you will probably need to update Types manually (and then you can update other plugins using the custom installer).

So download a zip of the latest version from toolset.com/account/downloads and then replace your existing copy of Types on your site. (If you are using WordPress 5.5 you can upload the new version and it will overwrite the existing version, otherwise you will need to delete the old version first.)
