When I update toolset, the classic WYSIWYG editor becomes blank and unresponsive. Not really sure how or why this happens.

Hi there,

We have some error reports regarding the WYSIWYG editor detailed below:

https://toolset.com/errata/wysiwyg-fields-revert-to-visual-tab-upon-updates/

https://toolset.com/errata/problems-adding-custom-buttons-to-tinymce-editors-since-types-3-4-16-update/

To make sure if the same issue is happening for you, please do the test below:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

If the problem exists with all other plugins deactivated please downgrade Toolset to the previous version:

https://toolset.com/download/toolset-types/#changelog

And wait for the upcoming releases for the fix.

Thank you.
