I am trying to create single post templates for CPT. However, Toolset is not updating and I am not able to see any Toolset blocks to create templates.

Hey there,

If I understood it correctly you're having issues trying to update the Toolset versions, is that right?

Are you using a Toolset Types version inferior to 3.x? If so, the older versions eg.: 2.X.X won't allow you to update automatically. It is recommended to first deactivate and remove the Types plugin through the plugins page.

Before proceeding, ensure you create a COMPLETE BACKUP of your database and website.

You can obtain the latest version of the Types plugin, as well as all other recent Toolset plugin releases, from your account's download page here: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/.

For more detailed instructions, visit: https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#installing-the-toolset-types-plugin.

After downloading, upload and enable the Toolset Types plugin via your plugins page. For additional Toolset add-on plugins, the installer can be utilized. For more information on this process, visit: https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed.

If this is not the issue you're facing, would you please elaborate a little more on this issue, so I can better understand? E.g. Is there an error message, what are the steps you've tried, etc.

Sometimes screenshots illustrating what you mean may go a long way to clarify what words fail to transmit, so if you like, make use of “upload an image” below the comment area.

In addition to that, could you please attach the Debug info?

You can see how to retrieve and paste it here: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

In summary, these are the steps that you need to take in order to retrieve it:

- Go to Toolset > Support > Debug Information
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Find the “Additional Data” section below this chat.
- Click on the “Debug Info” item to expand it.

I'm enabling the Debug Info template for your next reply.

Thank you, please let us know.

Mateus
