I have a view that has a filter. In the settings for my view I have update results set to: AJAX results update when visitors click on the search button.

I've also added JS front end event to run when The custom search results have been updated. This event runs to display a hidden div.

The issue i'm having when someone changes one of the filter drop downs the spinner shows and the JS front end event triggers. I only want the spinner to show and results to update when the visitor clicks the search button.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I would like to know - are you using classic view or block view?

Can you please send me problem URL and admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi, thanks for your reply. It turned out to be one of the caching plugins causing the issue.
