updating plugin

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to run the current update and I get the error message: Update Failed: Download failed. Forbidden
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

In this case I would recommend that you update your types plugin manually. You can download the update from the link below.

Please follow the instructions in the video below in order to see how you can manually update your plugins.
