Ayrshire Website - Error Message.PNG

An editor on this website is having the following issue:
He is trying to publish a post with table blocks, and is able to publish only with 6 tables, but it will not publish or save with 7 or more tables. He is able to add the 7th table, and enter two words in the first row. After adding more characters into the table, the error occurs.
The error shows: “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”
However, I am able to publish this post fine (admin).

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I'm not sure where exactly you have issue. Do you have issue in backend admin or frontend?

Can you please share steps that I should follow that should help me to see the issue.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please share editor user access details and I to test I've to add more than 6 or 7 table blocks and I should try to save the page - correct?

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I am now having issues myself as admin.

I asked the editor to create the desired post in two seperate posts, and he was unable to include all content into one post, and it seemed as though I was able to copy and paste from the second half post to complete the first post, if that makes sense. However, when I did this for one post, I was unable to save as draft, initially I could save as pending. Then I realised I needed to fix one section - only needed to add a space between two words - but now it will not let me save as draft or pending, only publish.

Ok - when I try to add that space in the table, I get the not a valid JSON response

Here is a sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following link:
- hidden link

Are you able to reproduce the same issue with the above sandbox site? if yes:
- Can you please send me exact steps that should I follow that help me to reproduce the issue.

#2793826

I was not able to reproduce the same issue. I also did not create the original post where the issue occurred, so I do not know whether the editor copied and pasted the text or wrote the text out manually. I also do not know whether he was trying to save to draft or as pending originally.

Well - I will require exact steps that should help me to reproduce the issue that should help me to spot the issue.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue:
- What if you try to set the AUTOSAVE_INTERVAL:

- What if you host the same site on different server and check? Does it work on different server?

- Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
