I am trying to: Create a table view of the data using Toolset Blocks

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link - This is the front end website. The error appears in the backend.

I expected to see: I should have been able to create a table without any issues.

Instead, I got: An error..."Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response."

Hi, I logged in and visited the Content Template editor here:
hidden link

In the browser console, I can see server-side 403 errors for the following URLs:
hidden link
hidden link
Screenshots are attached here.

Based on those errors, it seems like some kind of security measures are in place restricting access to these URLs in certain circumstances, and that is causing a problem when the editor tries to save and load data. This could indicate a conflict with a theme or 3rd-party plugin, or it could indicate a configuration problem on your server environment that you'll need your host to help resolve. First, let's try to determine if there is a conflict with a theme or 3rd-party plugin.
- Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty One
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and Blocks in wp-admin > Plugins.

Visit the Content Template editor page again and try editing the template. If the problem does not return, you can try reactivating the Avada parent theme, then the child theme, then plugins, one by one, testing each time you activate a new component, until the problem returns. See if you can isolate one component responsible for triggering the errors.

If the problem returns even after deactivating other components, you may need to reach out to your server host to help determine why these errors are present. They may be able to adjust security settings or other server configurations to help resolve the problem.

Let me know if you need any additional information from our side to help facilitate those conversations with your hosting provider.

Hi there,

Thank you for your support. I have done what you suggested but I am still getting the error. I have therefore contacted my hosting company and will see if they can support. I would appreciate if you could please leave this thread open for the time being, until we find a resolution.

Kind Regards,
J
