I am trying to: Update my Toolset suite of plugins to the latest version

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Problem is in wp-admin

I expected to see: the ability to update plugins and them work

Instead, I got: 'automatic updates not available' then when I view details and try to install I get an error that the update package isn't available

We have recently gone onto the Lifetime licence and I have revalidated the subscriiption but still have the problem

I also get a warning message when I go into the Toolset menu system.

Hi Johanna,

Thank you for contacting Toolset support. Please delete Toolset plugin from WordPress dashboard (make sure there is no Types related folder, for example “Access” exists in your FTP, if you see any Types folders in FTP then please delete it) and re-install it again from Commercial Tab in WordPress Dashboard.

OR You can download and install from your account. Don’t worry all of your Toolset data will be kept as it is: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Hi there

Very odd but when I went back into WP Admin to delete the plugins as you suggested, the update messages were now saying that updates were available and when I clicked to update they did without error

All very strange but ultimately sorted!
