[Closed] Updates are not working ?

This support ticket is created 4 years, 12 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: run updates on this (develop instance) of kouter.local

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: see screenshot attached..

I expected to see: the correct updates for the selected modules

Instead, I got: an error message that my account would have been expired... which is strange: it's a lifetime account...

I confirm that your website is registered, so let me check this issue with our system team and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

In the meanwhile, I'll suggest, that you remove the current site key and register a new one, then try again. What do get?

Hi Jamal,
i've downloaded the latest version of the involved modules, and uploaded those to the host mentioned. (From there, it's picked up in our git workflow..)
So everything is fine for now, but -as you will agree- the update panel should be doing this for all our sites, right ?

All my sites are installed in the root directory of the website's (apache defined) root path.
I can try later on to put debug/error messages on, to have a better insight on what's going on in there...
