updated plugin but views and forms list empty

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: view my list of views and forms after updating the plugins. Front end works OK but backend missing.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Backend issue only
I expected to see:
list of views and forms
Instead, I got:
empty list

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this one for you ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Also is it just that the Forms and Views aren't showing up on their respective listing pages?

Thanks Shane. It is not conclusive but it may be that this particular application never used views and post form originally which would explain the issue. As the site is operating correctly on the front end it is not worth going any further.
