Update Tooltip - Toolset

This support ticket is created 2 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

I have Toolset Types version 2.2.20 downloaded from WordPress plugin Repository.
I can not update plugin, an error appear: Toolset Types: Update package not available.

I purchased and activated the plugin on my website: stabila.it (order 2600701).

What can i do for update the plugin?

P.S. Sorry for subject "Tooltip" 😉 i mean "Toolset"

Hi there

You need the current version of Types which you can obtain from your account downloads page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Either first install the OTGS Installer plugin and then use that to register the site and install the individual plugins such as Types.

Or manually download just the Types plugin from the same page.

Please delete the old version of Types first.
