Hi Darren,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you let me know what issue you're experiencing when you're trying to update ?

Thanks,
Shane

When I try to update the types part of Toolset it gives me an error and I have to upload the old version again, to get it to work.
I dont want to keep doing as the site is down while I upload it again.

Hi Darren,

I'm currently trying to perform a manual update of the plugins so the site will go down for a few minutes.

Is that ok with you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Darren,

I disabled the updated plugins.

I would recommend that you update to the latest version of wordpress and then activate the plugins as this could be the cause of the issue.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Darren,

I took another look at your site and noticed that you php version is currently version 5.2. This is below the current version requirements for wordpress to run correctly.
https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and allowing them to update you to the latest php version they have available and this should resolve the issue for you.

Thanks,
Shane

I also disabled Types so that your website is up and running but once the php update is done you should be able to activate the plugins.

How long???

This plugin was working before I purchased the update. The update has messed up my site and has now been down for 2 days. Is this support ticket being looked at if Shane is off-line?

Hi Darren,

I'm still looking into this for you but it will take some time as I see where the jump in versions was a gap but please be patient with me. I see that the errors are different now so there is some progress.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Darren,

Taking a look at the site I see where everything is working fine as intended. Could you let me know where you are experiencing the errors.

Thanks,
