update issues elegant themes

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: update toolset. It gives me an error saying I need to update my elegant themes subscription.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I see that you are using outdated Toolset Types plugin version 3.0 and there was a known issue about updating the sites.

Could you please try to update the Toolset plugins manually:
- Delete current toolset plugins using plugins page
- download latest Toolset plugins from your account's download page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Upload the downloaded zip using plugins page

Once you update plugins manually, from next time hopefully you will not have any issues updating plugins.
