[Resolved] Update from 3.0 to 3.2

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user is getting the error PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/application/models/field/interface.php'

Solution:

I suspect that the issue is that update was not completed properly. In this case I would recommend that you download the plugin from our downloads page below
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

And upload the plugin manually using FTP

After updating Types from version 3.0 to 3.2 several edit functions stopped working and triggered an internal server error (HTTP ERROR 500).

For example:
/wp-admin/post.php
/wp-admin/post-new.php

I reverted back to Types 3.0 and now the problem is gone again.

The error log of my webserver has the following error:L

Backend fatal error: PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/application/models/field/interface.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php70/usr/share/pear') in ***/wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/toolset/toolset-common/utility/autoloader.php on line 116\n, referer: ***/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page

Hi Frederik,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind providing me with FTP and Admin access to the site so that I can take a further look at this for you ?

It seems that the update might not have completed properly.

Thanks,
Shane

It seems you are right. I re-downloaded and re-installed the latest version and the problem is now solved.
