Hi Bernard,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Could you let me know error you are having ? I also see that you have a lifetime subscription.

Next you can download the plugin manually and upload it to your site by downloading it from the link below.

Thanks,

The result after upgrading to View 2.8.1 is a Memberlist with no database content, except the mailadres. See attachment memberlist.jpg
The updatestatus.jpg shows the need for a site key and along the View plugin the message: "Automatic update is not available for this plugin"
The upgrade proces of View 2.8.1 has been failed due to an internal error.
What do I do after downloading the View 2.8 plugin? The result of this download is shown in view28.jpg.
Should I replace "/lamp0/web/vhosts/www.kpngolfvereniging.nl/htdocs/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-views" with the downloaded "wp-views" ?

Hi Bernard,

Yes you should replace this folder with the one you've downloaded.

This will provide you with the update.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Bernard,

It could just be that you key needs to be regenerated. I would need to check the site to verify this but usually this is the case.

Do you have a WPML subscription as well ?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

I also see that the extension of my user data is not shown. See memberlist.jpg and extendeduserdata.jpg
The upgrade of downloaded View version 2.8 did not work; still no member list with correct data.

Hi Bernard,

Your subscription was actually fine. The issue was that you had the Types plugin disabled which contains the installer for our other plugins.

I also went ahead and updated your views plugin to the latest version so your site should be running fine now.

Thanks,
Shane
