I am trying to:

Update Toolset Types and Toolset Views. I just purchased "Toolset Interactive" to be able to update the plugins. Toolset Forms updated and so did Toolset Access, but the other two will not update (see screenshot).

When I try to download, I get an error that says "Update package not available. ()"

Please advise.
Thanks.

Hi Elizabeth,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Given that you are using types version 2 you will need to manually update your Types plugin to version 3 by downloading the package from the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Once you have done this you should be able to update your other plugins normally.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello, Shane.

The updates have been made, but I am still experiencing an issue.

Any time I try to activate Toolset Views, it breaks my site. There are a few things that could be causing this, I suppose. The first suspect is the PHP version currently on the site - It is php5.2 and should be php7.2 but can't be updated without breaking the site. The site is going to be rebuilt in the near future, so this issue will be resolved.

Is the php not being updated what is likely causing the Toolset Views plugin to break the site?

Thanks!
-Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth,

That is the primary suspect because toolset requires atleast php version 5.6 to run.

Also wordpress core itself requires php version 7 to work properly so the 5.2 php version is the most likely culprit.

If there are no further questions on this or concerns then you can go ahead and mark this issue as resolved.

Thanks,
Shane
