[Closed] upcoming events and past events using Query filter

You can use your features and use events and events.
Custom Date of Post - Date will show "November 28, 2016" and the date.

Based on the description you shared its not clear what exactly you want to achieve. Your ticket title says you want to filter something using jQuery and with ticket description I just do not have any idea what you want.

Can you please share brief description with test case example and you can also share few screenshots that should help me to understand your issue and once I review that I will be able to guide you in the right direction.
