upcoming events and past events using Query filter

view에서 Query filter를 이용하여 다가올 이벤트와 지나간 이벤트를 표시하고 싶습니다.
포스트의 custom fields - date에 "28 November 2016"와 같이 날짜 정보를 입력했습니다.

Query filter를 어떻게 작성해야 하나요?
