Mercedes here from the Admin team. My colleague Christopher has let me know you wanted to check on your subscription and your purchase.
I have checked your account and I see you had an expired subscription, from July 2022. This is why the renewal fee with the discount was no longer available. The renewal fee for 51 USD is available while you keep your subscription active. After it expires, you have to pay for the full amount again.
I payed to upgrate Toolset in comforsa.com and when I click on "+ Add new site" it doesn't let me register the site in production mode. Why is it happening? Can you please give me a solution? Please I need a fast solution.
I see you still have a subscription for 1 site with this account.
Did you buy another subscription? Maybe you used a different email address and had a new account set up?
I need to check on this to be able to assist you. Can you let me know the invoice ID of the new purchase?
The invoice ID 2661961 corresponds to the purchase of the 1-site subscriptino which belongs to this account esquerra.arnau@gmail.com
Since this is a 1-site subscription it allows you to have ONLY 1 site registered at the time. If you already have another site registered, it will not allow you to add another site. You will have to delete the previous site(s) in order to add the new url as a production site.
If you want to have more than 1 site registered, you will need to upgrade to the 3 sites or unlimited version.
