Hi Kenneth,
What i'm referring to is the default dashboard menu option on your wordpress backend. See Screenshot
Then from the dashboard screen you will click on Updates. From there you should see a link on this page called "check again"
Clicking this should clear up the message. If it doesn't can you provide me with access to the site to assist better.
