Hi there, I moved my site from hidden link to a staging site at hidden link. When I try to update my Toolset plugins it says "Update failed:undefined." Do I need to change my registration settings? Thank you!

Hi Elizabeth,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Not sure why you are getting in this on your staging site, however you can still perform a manual update of the plugins by downloading the latest versions and uploading them to the site.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Secondly what you can try doing is going to Dashboard -> Updates and click check for updates and then try updating your Toolset plugins again.

If that doesn't work, you can go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and scroll to Toolset. Once you're here click on Check for Updates and let me know if this helps.

Thanks,
Shane
