[Resolved] unable to update plugin (says no subscription) and revalidate won’t help

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Client was unable to update plugins, an error said the subscription had ended, but the client has an active account.

Solution:
The client had two accounts in the system, one expired, one active.

Clicking the "Check for Updates" button on the Toolset installation page resolved the problem.

I checked in the system and it says your account is active.

Could you go the Toolset installer page (from the plugins list click the register(ed) link for Types or another Toolset plugin) and click the Check for Updates button?

That should ensure that the installer is referencing the correct account information (you have an expired account and an active account).

If that still doesn't work, try un-registering your site and registering it again.

If that still fails, let me know.
